The atmosphere was upbeat and relaxing, making the whole experience enjoyable. I also appreciated their attention to detail; the shampoo and scalp massage were heavenly. If I had to offer one piece of feedback, it would be that the waiting area could use a few more comfortable seats, as it was a bit crowded when I arrived. But overall, this place is a gem, and I can't wait to come back for my next appointment!
